After a click on the red bullet (see below), it suddenly looked like this:
Don't know what happened.

Not sure, but it looks like you accidently connected two dots... could you undo it? And did it happen again a second time?

Thanks for the reply. It happened twice now. If you look at the picture then you can see there is 1 blue dot missing from the turnout with the red dot (bottom picture).
I'll keep an eye on it, see if it happens again and then I'll let you know.
